First Access Entertainment is a global entertainment company. A joint venture between Sarah Stennett and Warner Music Group owner Len Blavatnik of Access Industries, First Access Entertainment offers recorded music, management and publishing services, as well as film, TV & technology development, acting & model management. Notable acts on the First Access Entertainment roster include Zayn, Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding and Bebe Rexha.

History
First Access Entertainment began as Turn First Artists, a West London artist management and development agency, founded by music manager, Sarah Stennett, who is responsible for the management and career launches of global artists such as Iggy Azelia, Rita Ora, Sugababes, Elle Goulding and, Zayn Malik. Sarah Stennett, born in Liverpool, expanded the company from Britain to New York, and eventually built a roster of talent across the world. Stennett also co-founded law firm SSB, which represents Adele, alongside setting up the Grammy award winning songwriting and production team The Invisible Men, which includes her husband George Astasio.
In October 2015, it was announced that music manager Sarah Stennett and Len Blavatnik's Access Industries, a privately-held industrial group with major holdings in the music, media and telecommunications sectors, would form of a new joint venture called First Access Entertainment. Today, First Access Entertainment operates as a new entertainment-business model. First Access focuses on talent development and representation, brand development and representation, recording artists and songwriters, and rights exploitation, across the music, entertainment, and fashion industries.
