Five Entertainment Media is the US managing agency and booking agency that helps the musicians in the music industry. In addition to regional headliners, the agency has worked with some of the biggest names in music that have gained international success.

History
Media Five Entertainment was founded in 1970 by David A Sestak, a musician and artist from Easton, Pennsylvania. The agency is specialized in ordering regional bands and bringing in national action such as Aerosmith, Billy Joel, and Kiss to eastern Pennsylvania under the name of Extensions of Man Concerts. In the 1980s, when the company had established itself as a booking agency, Media Five grew to create an artist management division, striving to keep local bands from the ground up and guiding them through recordings, album releases, radio promotions, marketing campaigns and tour. These artists have sold 20 million records worldwide.

Sestak got praised for bringing Live, which used to be a local band called Public Affection from York, Pennsylvania, became a super star in the mid-1990s with their second runaway album, Throwing Copper, driven by a # 1 hit single, "Lightning Crashes". Sestak was the band's manager until mid-2000, and first thanks to the liner notes of four major Live label albums: Mental Jewelry , Throwing Copper , The Secret of Samadhi , and Distance To Go . In 1998, Sestak also played an important role as co-manager in the success of Fuel, another Pennsylvania band with two platinum albums for their credits, including the 2000s Something Like Human. The album produced the # 1 modern rock hit "Hemorrhage (In My Hands)". This song was recently named the Billboard # 1 rock 5 of the 2000s. Media Five has also represented and managed famous bands such as Breaking Benjamin, Weston, Juli For Kings, Solution A.D., and Joe Hedges.
Billy Joel
Media Five plays a role in Billy Joel's career. In particular, all but one performance by Joel in the Lehigh Valley area was united by David Sestak himself who created a bond between Joel and the local population that continues to this day. Joel's familiarity with the area certainly inspired the naming of one of his most famous songs, "Allentown," which was released in 1982. In December 1982, Joel's continued interest in the Allentown-Bethlehem area caused Sestak to persuade local music director Bruce Bond to start the petition prompted Joel to play in Allentown, which was eventually signed by over 10,000 people.
When Joel's autumn tour was announced there was no date for Allentown, but Sestak had collected news clippings and sent him to Joel's publicist Elaine Shock, who apparently handed it to Joel. Joel personally called the radio station 95.1 WZZO FM to discuss, and on 27 December 1982, Joel performed for 6,300 people at the Stabler Arena at Lehigh University. "Everyone is there," Sestak said. "Billy Joel has finally played 'Allentown', in Bethlehem."
Current operation
Media Five Entertainment represents and books nearly 25 original bands and covers in the eastern United States. Sestak also led the "Managers, Agent and Promoters" panel in February 2008 at the annual Pennsylvania Millennium Conference, which over the past 12 years has been one of the main music events on the East Coast.
