bwin.party Digital Entertainment is an online gambling company, formed by PartyGaming plc mergers in March 2011 and bwin Interactive Entertainment AG. Previously the largest publicly traded online gambling company in the world, best known for its online Poker online Poker room, Poker Tour and bwin sports betting brands (official bwin style ).
The company is headquartered in Gibraltar and quoted on the London Stock Exchange. PartyGaming Plc was founded in 1997 with the launch of Starluck Casino. History
