Plot
Twenty years ago, Professors Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr met young Jean Gray at his parents' home to invite him to join their school, X-Mansion. Ten years later, industrialist Warren Worthington III's father found his son a mutant when Warren tried to cut his wings.
Currently, Worthington Labs has announced it has developed an inoculation to suppress the X genes that provide their mutant capabilities, and offers a "cure" for each mutant that wants it. The drug is made from a young mutant genome named Jimmy, who lives at the Worthington facility on Alcatraz Island. While some mutants are interested in the drug, including Rogue X-Men, many others are horrified by the announcement. Lehnsherr rebuilt his Mutant Brotherhood with those who opposed his medicine, warning his followers that the drug would be used forcibly to destroy the mutant race.
With the help of Pyro, Lehnsherr recruited Callisto and several other mutants. They attacked the mobile prison that held Mystique to free him, also freed Juggernaut and Multiple Man. Mystique saved Lehnsherr by taking a shot of a mutant drug aimed at him, making Raven Darkḫ'̦lme a human. Human hatred, Lehnsherr left Darkḫ'̦lme, which left him shocked and disappointed. Meanwhile, Scott Summers, still puzzled over the loss of his fiancee, Jean Gray, goes to his resting location on Lake Alkali. Jean seems to be Summers but, like two kisses, Jean kills him. Feeling a problem, Xavier sent Logan and Storm to investigate. When they arrived, they only found telekinetic floating stones, Summers glasses, and unconscious Jean.
When they returned to X-Mansion, Xavier explained to Logan that when Jean sacrificed himself, he also freed the "Phoenix", a dark and powerful alternative personality that Xavier had suppressed telepathically, fearing the destructive potential of Phoenix. Logan is disgusted to know this psychic disorder with Jean's mind but, once she wakes up, she finds out that she killed Summers and not the Jean Gray she once knew. Phoenix appeared, dropped Logan, and fled to his childhood home.
Lehnsherr learns about Jean's revival through Callisto, and X-Men arrives at Gray's house at the same time as the Brotherhood. Lehnsherr and Xavier enter alone, and both compete for Jean's allegiance until Phoenix reappears. He destroyed the house and scattered Xavier before he left with Lehnsherr. The Brotherhood decided to attack Worthington Labs, and the government sent some teams to attack the Ikhwan base in the forest, with information obtained from Darkḫ'̦lme, angry at Lehnsherr's betrayal. However, life forms in the camp are copies of Multiple Man, and Lehnsherr uses his power to move the Golden Gate Bridge so that he and his troops can get to Alcatraz and facilitate attacks on Worthington Labs. The remnants of X-Men face the Ikhwan, though the numbers are much higher, and arrive just as the military forces that so far have neutralized the attacking mutants are covered by the Ikhwan.
During the fight, Kitty Pryde rescues Jimmy from the Juggernaut, who has been sent to kill him. Logan had thrown Colossus at him in Lehnsherr and distracted him long enough for Hank McCoy to inject Lehnsherr with "drugs" and thereby remove his strength. Army reinforcements arrived and shot Jean just as Logan assured her. Phoenix was awakened by the attack and destroyed the troops in retaliation. Phoenix then begins to destroy Alcatraz and anyone within reach of its power. Logan realizes that only he can stop Phoenix because of its healing factor and the adamantium framework. When Logan approached her, Jean momentarily took possession and begged her to save her. The fatal logan stabbed Jean, stopped Phoenix, but mourned his death.
Some time later, the mutant right is finally obtained and Xavier's school still operates with Storm as principal. The President of the United States appointed Hank McCoy as ambassador to the United Nations. Rogue revealed to Bobby Drake that he had taken the drug, much to his disappointment. Meanwhile, Lehnsherr sits alone on a chessboard in the San Francisco park. As he pointed toward the chess piece, it was a bit rocking; his strength returned.
Other actors describing mutants are: Meiling Melan̮'̤on as Psylocke, a mutant with the ability to teleport itself through the shadow area; Omahyra Mota as Arclight, a mutant that has the ability to generate shock waves of concrete power; Ken Leung as Kid Omega, a mutant with the ability to extract spikes from his body, especially his face (although the characters resemble Quill comic book characters however, credit players officially read "Kid Omega"); and Cameron Bright as Jimmy/Leech, a mutant who has the ability to neutralize nearby mutant forces. Various characters were included at the suggestion of editor Mark Helfrich, who brought Marvel X-Men Encyclopedia to director Brett Ratner, looking for a mutant that could make an appearance. Mark Helfrich describes an unnamed mutant with gray skin. These include Phat, a very large human mutant that can be slim to fit in a smaller space (played by two actors, Via Saleaumua - "big fashion" - and Richard Yee - "small mode"); Spike (played by Lance Gibson), a mutant who fights with Wolverine in the forest by extracting bone spikes from his flesh - the characters are added because the editing team feels that the original piece of the scene depicts Logan as a cold-blooded killer, which can be altered if another mutant strikes Wolverine before she hit Brotherhood and Glob Herman (played by Clayton Dean Watmough), a mutant with transparent skin. Various other mutants make brilliant acting in X-Mansion; Shauna Kain and Kea Wong take their respective cameo roles as Siryn and Jubilee, and three identical girls in the background in one scene are a reference to Stepford Cuckoos. Olivia Williams describes Moira MacTaggert. X-Men co-creator Stan Lee and author Chris Claremont had a brilliant acting in the film opening scene as a young neighbor Jean Gray. The sergeant who directed the defensive preparations before the Ikhwanul Alcatraz Island attack was played by R. Lee Ermey. Lloyd Adams plays a green mutant that climbs the guard tower in Alcatraz. Many fans believe this is Toad however, listing her credit as a human lizard and Brett Ratner insists it is Anole. Landslide and Vanisher also appeared but it is not known who described them.

Production
Development
Bryan Singer, the director of the first two X-Men movies, left the project in July 2004 to develop Superman Returns . Singer stated that he "did not fully own X-Men 3 in my mind" in contrast to the fully formed idea for the Superman movie and the interest to join the franchise. At the time of his departure, Singer only produced partial storytelling with X2 screenwriter Dan Harris and Michael Dougherty, who accompanied him to Superman Returns . Care is focused on the revival of Jean Gray, who will also introduce the atrocity of Emma Frost, a role devoted to Sigourney Weaver. Frost is Jean's emotion that manipulates emotions in care and, like the finished film, Magneto wants to control it. Overwhelmed by his powers, Jean kills himself, but the spirit of Jean survives and becomes a godlike creature, which Dougherty is compared to the star child in Space Space Odyssey.
A new contract to return a cast member is made, as actors and actresses have signed only for two movies. The Hugh Jackman contract includes the director's approval, initially offering a position to Darren Aronofsky, with whom he has just finished filming at The Fountain. Joss Whedon, whose comic book "Gifted" is integrated into the script plot, refused the offer because he was working on the movie Wonder Woman. Rob Bowman and Alex Proyas are also rumored to be considered, although Proyas himself rejects it, citing feuds with 20th Century Fox president Thomas Rothman when producing I, Robot. Zack Snyder has also been approached, but he's committed to 300 . Peter Berg is also considered to direct the film but he also refused the job. In February 2005, with still no director hired, Fox announced the release date of May 5, 2006, with filming to begin in July 2005 in Vancouver. A month later, the studio signed Matthew Vaughn to drive, and pushed the three-week release date to May 26, Memorial Day weekend. Vaughn plays Kelsey Grammer, Beast, Dania Ramirez as Callisto, and Vinnie Jones as a Juggernaut, but family issues made her resign before the filming began. Vaughn was also cautious of Fox's tight deadline, stating that he "did not have time to make the movie I wanted to make". John Moore is also considered to direct the movie at one point.
Brett Ratner, previously thought to direct the X-Men in 1996, replaced Vaughn during pre-production. Ratner said he was surprised to get an invitation, because he thought he would not have a chance to make comic movies after being canceled Superman: Flyby for Warner Bros. With limited knowledge of mythos X-Men, Ratner trusts his authors about doing something loyal to the comics, making the script draw all the scenes from original Marvel publications.
Write
Simon Kinberg, who has worked on two other Marvel adaptations for Fox, Fantastic Four and Elektra, was hired as a writer for X-Men 3 in August 2004. X2 co-writer Zak Penn separately worked on his own draft, and the two joined for a combined scenario in January 2005. Kinberg wanted "The Dark Phoenix Saga" to become an emotional plot. film, while "Gifted" will serve as a political focus. The duo has seven months to complete the The Last Stand '
