We TV is the American cable and satellite television network owned by AMC Networks. This network is primarily oriented to lifestyle and entertainment programs, especially targeting women. "WE" was previously used as an abbreviation of "Entertainment Women", although this is underestimated in 2014 rebranding to focus more on "experience sharing".
In February 2015, about 85.2 million American households (73.2% of households with television) received We TV. In March 2015, TV Sling Dish TV announced it would soon start making AMC Networks channels available for cable cutters, including AMC, BBC America, IFC, Sundance TV, and We TV.

Histori
Sebagai Romantis Klasik (1997-2001)
Our TV was originally known as Classic Romance when it was launched on September 1, 1997 under the ownership of what was then Rainbow Media controlled by Cablevision Systems Corporation. Change the format of We TV (2001-2014)
This format was ignored on January 1, 2001, when the channel was relaunched as WE: Women's Entertainment , picking up an ad-supported entertainment format. In 2006, the channel changed its name to Kami TV. The channel aired the first three seasons of the award-winning Australian television series McLeod's Daughters, but lowered the show in April 2006. The channel format then shifted toward reality shows, with some having marriage-related topics (such as Bridezillas , Big Easy Brides and My Fair Wedding with David Tutera ). Other popular events on the network include Women's Life Secrets â ⬠, Bookmarks and Amazing Cookies .
In January 2011, We TV confirmed that they had signed Toni Braxton for the reality series, entitled Braxton Family Values âââ ⬠<â ⬠<, which is marketed as one of the network's flagship events. To prepare for the new networking event lineup, We TV also gave the new logo network and marketing tagline: "Life As WE Know It." In March 2012, We TV confirmed that the network has ordered 14 episodes of Rebranding (2014-present)
In June 2014, the network launched a new logo, dropping the "Women Entertainment" tagline. Network president Marc Juris explains that while the network is to remain "the primary goal for women in television and online", the purpose of the new branding is to expand the focus on the word "we" as representing shared experiences, describing it as "a strong and universal theme that encourages connections, conversations, collaborations and communities. "As part of the rebranding, the network also announced its first original draft series, The Divide , originally intended for the AMC sister network.
