Parrs Wood is the East Didsbury area, in the southern city of Manchester, England.
It was once home to Parrs Wood House, an 18th century Georgian-style villa.
Currently the area combines part of Wilmslow Road and is home to Parrs Wood High School and Sixth Form Center, Tesco supermarket, and Parrs Wood Entertainment Center. Although there are several different features for Parrs Wood, it lacks a definite area and incorporates parts of East Didsbury. Parrs Wood was originally only dominated by schools but, with the construction of an entertainment center, has recently become a larger area with greater significance.

After an agreement to build a new school in exchange for land, the Parrs Wood Entertainment Center was completed in 2001. The center is owned by Land Securities, the largest commercial property company in the UK. Attractions and businesses at the Entertainment Center include bowling (also including Lazer, and the American pool and arcade area), cinemas, restaurants, health clubs (including swimming pools), casinos and hotels.

Parrs Wood is the southern end of the Wilmslow Street bus corridor, a busy bus route into Manchester city center.
It is also the end of Manchester Manchester Manchester's Manchester Metrolink line, at East Didsbury tram stop located on the east side of Kingsway. East Didsbury rail station is opposite the crossroads, providing trains to Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport.
